This young lady has been photographed by us since she was a newborn. It’s fair to say she’s always had a big personality, you could tell even from when she was tiny, and thats the point of our Birthday club, capturing a child every year to document the changes, both small and big.
We really believe in letting a child lead in the sessions and it’s not always about a child sitting still, looking at the camera and smiling. Especially if thats not who the child is. Yes, we do usually get those images – they’re “expected” but the things in between are gold and usually truer to life.
We love the genuine images, maybe there’s a thoughtful moment, or a silly moment these are every bit as important as the looking, smiling image and are every bit as beautiful.
